RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt.

We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging.
It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in return transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods, in their original condition. 

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Notification of damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt.
We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing damages were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. Damaged goods are to be returned and postage will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons. Discounted/ Sale items are also non-returnable unless damaged.


REFUNDS

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of our receipt of returned items, and within 14 days of purchase cancellation. However, the time it takes your bank to process our refund request is also from 5 to 14 business days.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 


CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order in terms of the Consumer Contracts Regulations at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your ordered goods. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing, either by letter or email from the time your order is placed to 14 days after receipt of your item/s.

After cancellation, returns will be processed as above.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received your goods, but please note that the delivery charge refunded will only be to the value of STANDARD delivery, and that the cost of returning the item to us will not be included in your refund.
