Who are A E Williams?
A E Williams is a family run business established way back in 1779 and are based in Birmingham, England. They are renowned for their incredible pewterwares and to this day they produce the highest quality items, all handmade by master pewter smiths with knowledge that has been passed down through all seven generations of the family. Through their hard work they have been able to preserve and expand the tradition of pewter crafting, offering a huge range of meticulously made items that make for perfect gifts and décor. Their products can be found in museums all over the world as well on movie sets.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt.
We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in return transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods, in their original condition.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS
Notification and return of damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing damages were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. Damaged goods are to be returned and postage will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also non-returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
