Juniper oil is known for its purifying and detoxifying properties that help to remove impurities while being gentle on the skin. Together, these oils create a wonderfully fresh and vibrant scent. Highland Soap hand washes are made with over 95% Organic ingredients, and 100% of the total ingredients are of natural origin. The stunning bottles are designed to be refilled, but are also easily recycled.

Who are The Highland Soap Company?

Based in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, nestled between the 13th Century Old Inverlochy Castle and the River Lochy, over looking the north face of Ben Nevis, there is no shortage of inspiration for this family-run maker. The Highland Soap Company are crafters of soap and skincare products that reflect the Scottish landscape and history. All of their soap is handmade using centuries-old, traditional processes, so it takes about four weeks for each batch to be made. All of their ingredients are natural and organic, and all of their packaging is sustainable and made in small-scale batches. Any jars and bottles can be easily recycled, and are designed to be refilled. Their process and practices are uniquely ethical and reflect their deep connection with their wild surroundings.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt.
We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in return transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods, in their original condition.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Notification and return of damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing damages were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. Damaged goods are to be returned and postage will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
