Who is Christin Ranger?

Founded by husband and wife team Christin and Steve in 2015 down in Battle, East Sussex, Christin Ranger set out to create artistic jewellery that was both feminine and intelligent, with unique designs that would set her work apart from other brands. Christin has a background in illustration, art and design, and most of her work stems from themes of nature, love and community. You can see her origins in each piece through the whimsy of her designs and concepts.
Christin has also been committed to having as little impact on the environment as possible, and uses recycled materials and packaging whenever she can, including the sterling silver she uses in all of her pieces. She uses 18k gold vermeil and natural stones, enhancing her jewellery and keeping it as durable and unique as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return goods within 14 days of receipt.
We will offer you a replacement or refund providing goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s. When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging. It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit. We recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in return transit. Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods, in their original condition.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Notification and return of damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing damages were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. Damaged goods are to be returned and postage will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
