Jomanda plush toys make the perfect cuddle companions! They're made to be irresistibly soft and cute, with light-weight stuffing and durability that makes them both machine washable and lasting friends. Each toy is safe from birth, and conform to European safety standards carrying the CE/UKCA symbol.

They are machine washable, best on a cool setting with mild detergent for longevity. They can be tumble dried, but keep it cool!

Who is Jomanda?

Jomanda began with sheep in 2005, when they produced their first ever plush toys to sell at shows and events around the UK. From there, they grew, introducing new characters and faces, and expanding their range of plushies. They're suitable for all ages from birth, with durable and extremely soft fabric that also makes them lasting friends. Jomanda was started by Jo Holland and are now based in Skeffinton, a beautiful little village in Leicestershire, England; supplying these joyful soft toys all accross the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.

When returning goods they must be returned securely in their original or equivalent packaging, and we will offer you a replacement or refund providing all goods are returned in an unused and resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item/s and the delivery cost will not be refunded.

It may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund if goods are damaged in return transit so we recommend returning goods with a method that requires a signature, and with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to the items during return transit.

Any refunds will be issued within 14 days of Juniper receiving the goods in their original condition.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

Notification and return of damaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement product or a refund providing damages were not caused by your misuse, negligence or improper handling. Damaged goods are to be returned and postage will be refunded. Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification that goods are faulty.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons. Sale items are also non-returnable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
